Caring For Your Jewelry
|
 |
I take great pride in my work and do not allow a piece to be sold until it meets my high standards. As with every piece of jewelry, taking care of it will add years to your enjoyment of wearing it. Here are some helpful hints on how to care for your Wild at Heart Design jewelry.

|
1. The easiest way to keep your jewelry clean and sparkling is to use soapy water. Use a very soft toothbrush and gently clean your jewelry. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Do not use paper towels, tissues or anything abrasive. Do not allow your jewelry to soak in water as it will corrode the stainless steel wire.
2. If your jewelry contains Swarovski crystals, do not use a polishing cloth. It will remove the luster from the crystals.
3. Store your sterling silver piece in the plastic bag it came in and in a cool dry place when not wearing it. This will keep the silver from tarnishing or being scratched by other pieces.
4. If your piece has stones, just gently wipe them clean with a damp cloth.
5. Never use any type of jewelry cleaner or dip

To keep your Wild At Heart Design jewelry looking their best for years to come, I suggest you do not wear your jewelry in the shower or bath, to bed, swimming, gardening, while housecleaning or washing dishes. The chemicals used during some of these activities are hard on all jewelry parts.

Although every attempt is made to ensure the strength of your jewelry, please keep in mind that some situations may tax even the strongest pieces. Babies, children and pets (although adorable) can tug on necklaces and earrings and weaken the jewelry.
