During the design process pictures will be sent to you via email for your approval of the final piece. Custom orders require a 50% deposit at time of order with the balance due prior to shipping. I strongly urge you to place your order at least 3 months before the event as it takes an average of three to six weeks depending on the size of the order and the availability of the components to complete your order. Custom items are not returnable as they are made specifically for you; therefore, please review the photos carefully before approving them. You may change something once you receive the item for a minimum labor charge of $20 plus materials.  All items come beautifully wrapped in white tissue paper and placed in a delicate white lace velvet pouch - a truly memorable way to present a memorable piece of jewelry.
